Tokyo, May 13, 2008 – SANYO Electric Co., Ltd. (SANYO) is proud to announce its participation in the ‘Environment Fair in KOBE’ event, coinciding with the Environment Ministers Meeting 2008 related to the July G8 Hokkaido Toyako Summit.

　In the event, SANYO is going to display products and installations applying its unique environmental technologies which express the realization of the company’s brand vision ‘Think GAIA’. Showing them to environment ministers and other related parties, as well as all people interested in the environment, SANYO will continue appeal for its aim in becoming a “leading provider of Environment- and Energy-related products”.
